You will:
- Collaborate cross functionally with teammates to conceptualize and design assets for digital media, including but not limited to line sheets, look books, display ads, social media graphics, promotional materials.
- Be well versed in optimizing existing design/creative materials for various marketing channels, maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the e-commerce/fashion industry, incorporating fresh ideas into projects.
- Work with team to ensure visual/graphic elements align with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
- Provide support in maintaining and organizing the digital asset library in our OneDrive.
You have:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the e-commerce/fashion space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior is a plus.

BTB Los Angeles is looking for a highly organized Production Manager to create production schedules, oversee production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchased. The Production Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, from sourcing materials to final product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion production management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with shipping team to plan and execute production schedules according to business objectives and customer demands.
- Monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive culture and execute merchandising directives.
- Discussing budget expectations with owners.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and components while maintaining quality standards.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management/Tracking – oversee PO creation ensuring POs are accurate and reflect all changes.
- Familiar with creating and inputting UPCs.
- Oversee production process, ensuring timely production schedules including order tickets and necessary packaging.
You have:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production e-commerce/fashion space.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools to track progress, manage inventory, and analyze production data.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
