Shipping
We offer FREE GROUND shipping (5-8 business days) within the continental U.S. on orders over $150.
Other shipping options:
Economy (order is under $150): $20 (5-8 business days)
Standard: $25 (3-4 business days)
Express: $45 (1-2 business days)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided for orders that have been opted out of Route Package Protection.
If you did not receive your order, you must report it to info@btblosangeles within 2 business days.
For international order shipments, we offer a flat rate of $50. If the international shipping is more than this cost, our team may reach out with an additional invoice. Import duties and taxes are due on delivery by the recipient of the shipment, and payment is to be made to the carrier at time of delivery or through the carrier's website if available. A valid phone number and email must be provided at checkout. We do not provide return labels for international shipments.
Most of our orders ship out within 24 hours of purchase except Friday as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days from the ship date depending on which shipping service option you choose.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Undeliverable orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
Please note, we do not ship over the weekends or on holidays.
