We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, or defective merchandise with all tags attached up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product(s) received are damaged or defective, or if the product was incorrectly shipped (incorrect item shipped). At this time, we are not able to provide labels for international orders.

A restocking fee per order will be deducted from all returns for refund.

You can request a return for any unused items up to 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled.

Once you have received your return label, your return must be sent out within 10 days.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached in order for a return to be accepted. Items that show sign of wear and/or are missing tags cannot be accepted and will be returned to the address on the order.

When your return arrives at our warehouse your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Items purchased from a BTB Los Angeles retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

All sale items are final sale. You cannot return this item. All sales are final and no refund will be provided.

Please also package your item(s) exactly how they were sent to avoid damage in transit back to our warehouse.
