What are your shipping rates & options?

We offer free Ground shipping (5–8 business days) on $150+ orders within the continental U.S.
Orders under $150 can choose from:

  • Economy: $20 (5–8 business days)

  • Standard: $25 (3–4 business days)

  • Express: $45 (1–2 business days)

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase.


Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed on Fridays/weekends may ship the next business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order ships, delivery is typically 3–8 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We’re unable to re-direct orders once they’ve been dispatched, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an invalid address, it may be reshipped at your expense.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is a flat rate of $50.


If the shipping cost exceeds $50, our team may reach out with an additional invoice.

Please note:

  • Import duties and taxes are not included. BTB Los Angeles is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be incurred. These fees are due on delivery and must be paid by the recipient to the carrier.

  • A valid phone number and email are required at checkout.

  • We do not provide return labels for international shipments.

What carriers do you ship with?

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx from our warehouse in Los Angeles.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly for next steps.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it — what do I do?

Oh no, we’re so sorry. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please email info@btblosangeles within 2 business days and we’ll help you look into it.
