Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed on Fridays/weekends may ship the next business day.

We’re unable to re-direct orders once they’ve been dispatched, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an invalid address, it may be reshipped at your expense.
Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is a flat rate of $50.
If the shipping cost exceeds $50, our team may reach out with an additional invoice.

We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items showing signs of wear and/or missing tags cannot be accepted and will be returned to the shipping address on the order.

Yes. A restocking fee per order will be deducted from all returns for refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

You received an incorrect item
Once your return label is issued, your return must be dropped off within 3 days.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

All sale items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Items purchased from a BTB Los Angeles retailer must be returned to that retailer in accordance with their return policy.
At this time, we are not able to provide return labels for international orders.
Items received as gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. For security and verification, all returns must be initiated by the original purchaser and must meet our standard return criteria.
